11 Jan 10 Forget Your Elliptical Machine – Interval Training With Dumbbell and Bodyweight Exercises

Fat loss is hard. One of the biggest mistakes people make is the implementation of endless hours of cardio a day. Like elliptical trainer machines are completely useless when it comes to efficient and permanent fat loss.

Recently I've begun implementing interval training with a dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. This method has given me dramatic fat loss results. What usually happens to me is that I lose a lot of fat, then realize I have lost a large part of theMuscle that I have worked so hard to build.

If you are using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to train not only do you maintain your muscle mass during a fat loss cycle, but also a little more muscle mass. The end result is less fat, more muscle, and a beautiful body.

Development of an interval workout using bodyweight and dumbbell exercises are extremely simple. All you do is an exercise to choose a work that interval, and a rest interval. Then you decide how many times you want to repeatof the interval.

For example, lets say I choose a body board with a job to do at an interval of 30 seconds, and rest interval of 15 seconds. This means that I stay in plank position for 30 seconds, followed by a 15 seconds rest.

This is just one example. But you can choose to do intervals with virtually every exercise outdoors. You can even create multiple exercises in a workout. Interval training is one of the easiest to draw even the toughest workout methods fromthere.
